KnowMeQ is a start-up company based in Toronto. KnowMeQ’s AI-Accelerated Credit for Prior Learning platform is designed to help students, postgraduates, and professionals who are looking to up-skill or change their careers to better understand which school credits they may be eligible for based on their resumes, including work experience and previous education.

THE PROCESS
KnowMeQ was in their trial product launch when I joined the company, and I was tasked with four main projects:
01 / Payment System
I created the payment system for their AI-Accelerated Credit for Prior Learning platform, enabling students and postgraduates to submit courses for review.

02 / Dashboard
I designed the dashboard and the onboarding flow presented to users before accessing the dashboard for the first time.
03 / Prototype and the Merging of 2 SaaS Platforms
I designed the next phase (currently in development) of their AI-Accelerated Credit for Prior Learning platform, including additional flows I created for the dashboard, assessment test, career recommender tool, current skills and upskilling, and marketplace features.
04 / Design Iterations based on User Testing Insights
Based on user testing insights, I redesigned the personal information and resume forms to address the challenges users encountered during the interviews.
